1) To do a pop shuvit you should have your feet in the ollie position. And when your first starting out, you probably don't want to be moving.
2) What you do is pop an ollie and at the same time push the tail backward with you back foot and then push forward with your front foot.
3) Watch the board rotate underneath you; when it rotates180 degrees try to catch it with your feet.
4) Roll away
At first when you try them you will probably have a hard time getting your front foot on, just shuvit and jump really high and dont be scared to get your feet on that beast.
